Return Policy
Our Policy is easy: 30 days! You may choose to return your order up to 30 days after you receive your shipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know. We will do our best to make it right.

We do not exchange items. Please return the item you have and place a new order.
Returns for all reasons (other than Damage or Incorrect Item Shipped)
- Our 30 day return policy starts from the date your item was delivered. The item must be back in our possession within 30 days from then.
- While we refund the price of the merchandise, we do not refund any shipping charges.
- All items must be NEW and UNUSED and in their original packaging.
- Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
- Merchandise must be free of scents (cigarette, perfume, and pet).
- When you return your items(s) - Please include your contact info and order number and or a copy of the packing slip.

Returns due to Shipment Damage or Shipment of an Incorrect Item
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment (contact us here) and request a return authorization.
- We must authorize your return or we will not reimburse your shipping costs.
- In certain cases, we may request pictures of the item in question.
- We will require you to pack the item into a shipping box. We will send you a shipping label. Please be sure you pack the item so that it does not become more damaged.
- All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
- We do not consider a color variation to be a product defect. Computer monitors display colors differently; no two screens are exactly alike. If you are unsure about a color, email us for more information before you order
